Fortress Siding is a James Hardie fiber cement siding specialist and exterior remodeling contractor serving Central and Eastern Pennsylvania — including Lancaster, York, Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lebanon, Berks, and Chester Counties and surrounding areas. We provide James Hardie fiber cement siding installation, roofing, replacement windows, seamless gutters, and fascia and soffit replacement. We are a registered Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor, registration #PA203681.

2. Estimates & Free Quotes

We offer free, no-obligation estimates. Any estimate we provide is for informational purposes and is not a binding contract. Pricing, scope, and materials are subject to a physical inspection of the property and may be revised based on conditions discovered before or during the work. An estimate does not reserve materials, pricing, or a work date until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

3. Your Home Improvement Contract

All work we perform is governed by a separate written home improvement contract signed by you and Fortress Siding, as required by the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act. That signed contract — including its scope of work, price, payment terms, warranty, and cancellation rights — controls the actual services we perform. These website Terms do not replace, modify, or limit your signed contract, and in the event of any conflict, your signed contract governs the work.

4. Communications & Text Messaging

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry and project. If you opt in to text messaging, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
